Hello — I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2015, established in Upstate New York for 8 years, before moving to Tennessee to be closer to my three children. Licensed in Tennessee July of 2023, I started off working at Basic Kneads in Nashville. Two years later opened my own office in Brentwood to better serve my clients closer to home.
My mission is simple: Whether you come in with stress, tension, or pain, I meet you where you are and work with your body to restore balance, ease, and relief. Seeing clients walk out lighter, relaxed, and renewed—that’s the real magic.
