I take a whole-person approach, considering your history, posture, activity, and lifestyle. Every session is tailored to your comfort, with techniques chosen to relieve aches, support lasting wellness, and track your progress over time.

Techniques are all Integrated: so no matter what you choose, I will adjust the session to meet you where you are.

• Prenatal- Postnatal Massage Experienced care.

• Swedish- Relaxing is Calming Energy Balance, using many techniques: Reflexology, Shiatsu, Thai & Reiki

• Tools used: Red Light Therapy, TheraGun, MediCupping, Hot Stones & Gua Sha, Theramal Moist Heat pad.
