Massage therapy has always been more than a career for me—it’s personal. Growing up, I watched my mom struggle with headaches, and I was often the one who could help ease them. That early experience inspired me to pursue massage not just as relaxation, but as a way to support healing and wellness.

I took my training seriously when I went back to school later in life, graduating from SUNY Morrisville in 2015 with over 1,100 hours in Western massage techniques and 500 hours in Shiatsu, Asian bodywork. That foundation allowed me to see massage as more than a spa luxury—it’s therapeutic recovery, prenatal and postnatal support, medical massage, and sports therapy.

When my three children moved to Tennessee, I eventually followed—because family means everything. After relocating, I began working at Basic Kneads Massage in Nashville (2023–2025), where I gained even more experience working alongside a skilled team. There, I worked closely with clients dealing with chronic pain, postural misalignment, and musculoskeletal issues, often as part of a larger wellness plan with trainers, physical therapists, and chiropractors.

Over the years, I’ve continued to expand my skills, most recently adding MediCupping therapy, which has been especially effective for clients struggling with fascial restrictions, inflammation, and stubborn tension.

What sets my practice apart is the way I listen. Intuition to understand that the body keeps the score—physically and emotionally—and I create sessions where clients feel safe, supported, and seen. My goal is to integrate massage into each client’s broader wellness journey, so they can move, feel, and live better.
